Emirates Opens Dedicated Lounge in Jeddah
|
Emirates has opened its first ever lounge in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Terminal 1 of King Abdulaziz International Airport. The 900-square-meter space can accommodate first- and business-class passengers as well as Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members flying on its triple daily A380 services, with capacity for over 190 guests.

Boeing Delivers 44 Aircraft in June 2024
|
Boeing’s latest orders and deliveries report shows the OEM delivered 44 jets in June 2024 to customers including Air India, Southwest and United. This is the largest monthly figure since January when operations were disrupted after an Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 8 lost a door plug mid-flight. Total commercial aircraft deliveries for the second quarter of 2024 stood at 92 versus 83 in the first quarter.

Finnair Opens Expanded Lounge At Helsinki Airport

Finnair has officially opened its new lounge in Helsinki Airport's Schengen departures area. The space is separated into work, relaxation, and dining areas and can accommodate 440 people, an increase of 150 people over its previous offering. It follows the same palette and design as the airline’s non-Schengen lounges, which first opened at Helsinki Airport in 2019.
